The Village of Kindness
The “village of kindness”, which was designed and will be realized on an area of approximately 70,000 m2 in the first stage, has preferred an approach that prefers local and natural architecture. The Goodness Village, which will serve 3 nearby villages with a population of 15,000, is designed on the axis of mosque – trade – health and education.
It has the potential to meet the needs of the immediate and distant environment. While making settlement decisions, attention has been paid to the protection of natural assets and the construction of buildings in treeless areas. A participatory manufacturing process will be carried out with the use of natural materials and techniques. The adoption and ownership of this complex/village, in which the local people participate in the production, will be rapid.
It is aimed that the Village of Goodness will be self-sufficient.
The Village of Kindness, which is planned to be produced in stages, will have a closed area of 25,000 m2, an agricultural area of 6,000 m2, a social reinforcement area of 2600 m2, a hospital, a mosque, a mosque, a guesthouse/hotel, a mosque for 1030 people with a main kitchen of 815 m2 and a mosque representing our values in the center, and a new settlement of 33 households.
In the near term, according to the urbanization projection, it is obvious that as the city grows towards the land of İyilik Village, the needs of the region will increase and the village will become more important.
With its rows of shops facing the main street, vocational training school, hospital, social reinforcement areas and mosque, it will be a land that the people of the neighborhood will embrace and put it at the center of their lives.
There are 2 animal shelters with indoor and outdoor areas in order to continue the charity services that have been going on before.
